Canon EOS Digital Hello!
Cameras Canon EOS 350 D digital (also known as Canon Rebel XT) designed to be used by photographers professionals and serious amateur. The EOS 350 D is equipped with 8.2 megapixel camera resolution 1728 1152 x resolution maximum image, a line temporal lens interchangeable, ISO speed ranging from 100 to 1600 1.8-inch LCD screen and a range of f3.5/f5.6 opening. Although the EOS 350 D digital camera offers a range of customizable settings, you can leave many automatic camera settings and continue to interesting pictures; this is recommended for the first time user.

Fully-charged “NB-2LH” battery pack CF card

Locate the battery bay door on the underside of the camera, beneath the handgrip. Slide the door latch to the “Open” position. Open the door and insert the battery module into the battery bay. Close the battery bay door.

Remove both lens caps from the camera lens. Align the rear of the camera lens with the camera’s lens mount; insert the lens. If using an “EF” lens, align the marking on the rear of the camera lens with the red dot above the lens mount; if using an “EF-S” lens, align the marking with the white dot. Locate the focus mode switch on the camera lens; set the switch to “AF” (auto-focus).

Locate the CF card slot cover on the side of the camera; slide the cover open and insert the CF card into the slot, with the card’s label facing the rear of the camera. Close the cover and slide it back into a locked position.

Examine the mode dial located on top of the camera. Slide the power switch next to the dial to the “ON” position. Set the mode dial to the rectangular icon; this sets the camera to “full auto” mode.

Hold the camera with one hand on the hand-grip and the other supporting the weight of the lens. Lift the camera to your face and examine the LCD display to get a preview of your image. Tuck your elbows into your body and spread your legs apart, one slightly ahead of the other; this will increase the camera’s stability.

Apply light pressure to the shutter button and wait for its auto-focus process to complete. Press the button all the way down to finish taking your picture. Examine the LCD display to review your picture.
